All of our products will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Please exclude weekends and major holidays.
If we received your order on Friday after 4PM EST, it will be processed on Monday the following week.
We do offer FREE shipping within USA and to Canada on orders over $50USD.
Shipping Times:

- UK & EU: 5 -10 business days
- AU & NZ: 10-18 business days

For shipment to outside United States, we will not be responsible for the delay once your item entered customs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have two warehouses, one in Florida, USA and one in Netherland, EU.
All orders within USA and to Canada, Australia & New Zealand will be shipped from our USA warehouse.
Orders within Europe will be shipped from our Netherland warehouse.

Our shipping times are quoted by the carrier. The shipping times may take longer when holiday is approaching. For international shipping, once your item entered customs, we are not responsible for any delay.
